Security
How does TAXTAXGo keep my documents secure?▾
All documents are stored on encrypted servers with restricted role-based access. PAN and Aadhaar are masked in our admin UI and access is audit-logged.
Payments
What payment modes are accepted?▾
UPI, all major credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets via our payment partner Razorpay. EMI options available on cards above ₹3,000.
Is GST included in the displayed price?▾
No. Service prices are exclusive of GST (18%). Final payable amount including GST is shown on the checkout summary.
Orders
Can I cancel an order after payment?▾
Yes — within 24 hours of payment if work has not started. After work begins, cancellations are pro-rated based on time/effort already spent.
How do I track my order status?▾
Real-time status is visible under My Orders → Booking Summary. We also send updates via WhatsApp, Email and SMS for major status changes.
Refunds
Do you offer refunds?▾
Refunds are processed for cancellations under our refund policy (within 24h of payment). Government fees once paid to MCA/IPI/GSTN are non-refundable.
Services
Can I get a CA on call?▾
Yes — our Premium plan includes unlimited 30-min CA calls. Pay-per-call also available at ₹999 / 30 min.
Trust
Are your CAs ICAI registered?▾
Yes — every assignment is reviewed by an ICAI-registered Chartered Accountant. Membership numbers are available on request.
