1. Digital delivery
All TAXTAXGo services are delivered electronically. There is no physical shipment. Completed filings, acknowledgements, certificates and reports are shared with you over email and, where you prefer, WhatsApp on the number linked to your order.
2. Delivery timelines
Work on most engagements begins within 24 hours of a confirmed order and receipt of the required documents. Typical turnaround is 5–7 working days, though some services depend on government processing (for example company incorporation or GST approval), which can take longer and is outside our control. The expected timeline for each service is shown on its service page.
3. Getting started faster
Delivery time starts once we have the documents we need. Providing complete and correct information up front is the single biggest factor in a fast turnaround. Our team confirms the exact checklist with you right after your order.
