TAXTAXGo provides AI-assisted, senior-CA-reviewed accounting, taxation, registration and compliance services. The exact scope, deliverables and timeline of any engagement are as described on the relevant service page or in the confirmation shared with you at the time of order.

Accurate and timely filing depends on the information you provide. You agree to supply complete, correct documents and to respond to our requests promptly. We are not responsible for delays, penalties or rejections arising from incomplete, incorrect or late information.

Fees are as stated on the service page at the time of order and are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed. Government fees, taxes and third-party charges, where applicable, are additional and are set out before payment.

Our work is reviewed by ICAI-registered Chartered Accountants and carried out with due professional care. However, outcomes that depend on government authorities — approval times, assessments and decisions — are outside our control. Our aggregate liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

We treat the information you share as confidential and handle it in line with our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
